Differences between Signed Vb Script Class and Vb Script language

SSIS just lists all the ActiveX scripting languages registered on the machine (so you can add perl or other languages).

I don't remember the details, but on some OSes Signed VB Script language is registered on the machine. The language is the same, but can have comment with digital signature.

BTW, ActiveX Script task is deprecated feature, added to facilitate upgrade from DTS. Use Script Task for any new work.|||
